This recipe is prepared very easily, in very little time and with very few ingredients. You can make it either veg or non-veg as you like. Add boiled corn if you want to make veg dish. And for non veg can use finely chopped sausage. the choice is yours.

  • 12 cup Boiled rice
  • 14 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 12 cup Boiled potato (Grated)
  • 12 cup Grated carrot
  • 34 cup Sweet corn mashed (chicken sausage finely chopped)
  • 14 tsp Chopped chili
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 14 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Semolina/Rava/ Sooji (roasted)
  • Mozzarella cheese cubes

Instructions

  1. Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan.When the oil is hot, fry the onion for 1 min.
  2. When it becomes light golden color, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and stir well.
  3. Add boiled corn mashed. If you want, you  can also add finely chop the chicken sausage. Fry for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool.
  5. Now take 1 1/2 cups of boiled rice in a bowl .Add the corn mixture, all the boiled vegetables, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, Semolina/Rava in it.
  6. Now with the help of hand, mix everything well and make a soft dough.
  7. Rub the oil on the palms and make small dough from the dough.
    Make a hole in the middle of the dough with the help of your finger and close the mouth with a cheese cube.
  8. Now make it into a tikki shape.
  9. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan.
  10. When the oil is hot, put the patties in it.
  11. Keep the flame very low.
  12. Otherwise the cheese inside will not melt.
  13. First, when one side turns golden color, flip it over.
  14. When both sides are fried, serve hot Cheesy Rice Patty/Tikki.
