First we will make the lobster stock.
For that, first remove the shell of the lobster and allow it to boil.
At least 45 minutes should be boiled on low heat to make the stock.

Now it's time for marination.
Dice the lobster meat.
Then mix coconut milk, salt, sugar and ginger paste with it and keep it for 30 minutes.

Now put a pan on the gas and heat the oil in it.
When the oil is hot, first add the cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. stir it.
Then add the onion paste and tomato puree, saute it.
Then add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili paste. mix well.
Cook it until becomes brown in color. Add salt.
When all the spices are well mixed, reduce the flame of the gas.
In the meantime, stir well with the coconut milk for 5-6 minutes.
After that keep stirring very carefully with the pieces of marinated lobster.
Add the stock and let cook for about 7-8 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
