  • 1 MAGGI Noodles (packet)
  • 2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn, etc., finely chopped)
  • 2 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • Chopped cilantro or spring onions for garnishing
Instructions
  1. step 1
    • Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the MAGGI Noodles and a pinch of salt.
    • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions or until they are al dente (cooked but still slightly firm to the bite).
    • Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. step 2
    • In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
    • add a pinch of cumin seeds.  
    • When they sizzle add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

    • Add the mixed vegetables to the pan.
    • You can use a combination of carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn, or any other vegetables of your choice.
    • Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
