Pasta sauce

  1. First we make Pasta sauce

    Heat a pan, add oil and butter in it.

    Then add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies one by one.
    Fry and add chopped onions.

    Cook onion for 2-3 minutes and then add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and stir quickly.

    Add salt to the tomato so that it becomes round quickly, you can add tomato puree if you want.

    Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

    Pour tomato ketchup, kasuri methi and chopped capsicum.

    Toss them together and our sauce is ready.

  2. For pasta

    Now boil water in a separate pan and add a lot of salt to it.
    Add the macaroni to the boiling water and stir.

    Once cooked, drain the pasta and keep the pasta water.

     

  3. Pasta and sauce mix

    Now heat the sauce again and add the pasta.

    Sprinkle some salt and add a dash of pasta water.

    Stir the pasta with a ladle.

    Cook for 3 minutes and turn off the flame.

    Add chopped cilantro, mozzarella cheese cubes and toss again.

    Plate and serve hot.
